OMG I’m literally skincare obsessed with two ingredients — Vitamin C & Turmeric. Okay, I know what you’re probably thinking: “Just those two? Who are you kidding?! You went nuts over Bakuchiol.”

Yeah, so it’s not a crime to be irrationally passionate about skincare ingredients. But really. I’m obsessed with this little gem — the Sunday Riley C.E.O Glow Vitamin C + Turmeric Face Oil.

It’s not lost on me why this is such a popular face treatment. It’s literally nearly all goodness drop after drop. (More on why I said “nearly” in a moment.)

Think of it as a super-antioxidant, super-stable Vitamin C, rich and replenishing facial oil. But we’ll just call it CEO. Which I presume means Vitamin C + Vitamin E + Oil? I dunno what the O stands for!

What I know is I love how rich CEO is. I love how replenishing it is. I love that it uses Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate — one of the most potent forms of Vitamin C. You wanna know how amazing that is?

Here’s how the experts on the Paula’s Choice Research Team describe it:

“Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is a stable form of vitamin C that is considered an analogue of L-ascorbic acid. Unlike pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid), tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is lipid (fat) soluble. CEO isn’t a perfect formulation. The level of Vitamin C is only around 2-3%. And there’s about 1% Bitter Orange Flower Oil, which can be a fragrant nuisance for skin. Not a big deal. The stuff is damn good nonetheless.
