The other three formulas in the Survival range are the Survival 0 formula with the addition of broad-spectrum UV protection — the most important skin defense of all. Survival 30, Survival 20 and Survival 10 offer mineral-only UVB and UVA protection of SPF30 (PA+++), SPF20 (PA+++) and SPF10 (PA++) respectively.
All four Survival formulas contain purified Lutein, a carotenoid antioxidant that counteracts the adverse effects of blue light and increases skin elasticity. As I alluded to in last week's blog, the damage from blue and infrared light is coming into focus more and more as studies prove the detrimental effects of technology on our skin. Additionally, Survival features a yeast-derived Superoxide Dismutase (SOD).
