SKINCARE 101 : Sheet Masking Demystified 🤦🏼✨
Almost every day, when I get home from my day in the City, I double cleanse* to get the sunscreen + pollution off, then do a sheet mask!
One secret to healthy skin is restoring what it’s lost each day, like hydration. I first discovered daily sheet masking thru my friends at Glow Recipe [IG: @glowrecipe] and my skin hasn’t been the same since! Most sheet masks do the same thing really well: HYDRATE. It’s the perfect multi-tasking step -- you can have it on while you’re doing everything else around the apt like feeding the cat!
But remember, the sheet mask is right up against your skin and all that serum is going one way: deep into your skin. That's the whole point of a sheet mask. It forces the serum into your skin and prevents it from evaporating. Make absolutely certain the formula only contains good for skin ingredients and nothing bad.
